So everyone here i notice complains a lot about the service market here. No one really takes the time to share some interesting facts and what i would like to share.

We have a giant job shortage coming up in certain markets. One of these markets is skilled labor, these are for people who want to be in a factory working with machines. In this field you can be payed up 100k a year for what you do. Now as skilled labor these future employees do have to have certain knowledge of a machine most of them are computer based. But instead of hiring Americans they have to hire out of country work they are still paying them the 100k but they rather hire Americans since it is cheaper and an easier hire.

Now this brings the biggest thing to the floor, Education many assume that they have to go to college get a degree in something. This is not a wrong way of thinking but many of them don't need to or shouldn't go. The reason people shouldn't go to college is that we need people to be these skilled workers in factories we also need welders, plumbers, machinist, electricians, and carpenters. These are all good jobs that may require you to go to a trade school or get an associates degree but a lot of time it is on the job training and you get the degree later in life. Kids today don't want to have these jobs they view them as second rate or bad jobs. These will pay are available and will help with the degree inflation that we have today. When we have to many people that go and all get Business, English, History, and anthropology degrees, we over inflate the market for these jobs making them hard to find and very low. Those degrees are important when we have a balance for them but to many people in the market for the jobs makes them hard to find.

Now what can help you what tool can you use to find a job anywhere in the United States, Onet(http://www.onetonline.org/) this is a website is a free online database that contains thousands of occupational definitions to help match job seekers with jobs. That it so if you any of you need to find a job Onet can help find them.

Blame the media and society in general for making kids think that they "have to" go to college. Some people have strengths in different areas, and we should help people realize those strengths and take the path that leads them to positions where those strengths are best used. "Aces in their places" like a coach I had used to say.

Some people are better with mechanics, and should be pushed to do mechanical repairs, electronics, or other hands-on occupations. Similarly other people are great at Math and should be encouraged to pursue using those skills in a Computer Programming job or as an Engineer of some sort. Some people would make great lawyers, doctors, scientists, etc.

Some people have to go to college to obtain the job that matches their strengths, some others should join the military, and others still should skip education entirely. I want to see some reform with regards to the skyrocketing college tuitions, so that the people whose strengths are in Math, Science, or other fields that require additional education aren't stuck doing things that they are not good at. Put the "aces in their places" to keep America productive and keep America as a leader in innovation.

i think tuition will go down if everyone realizes they dont have to go. Also we are always arguing with our administration to take less and spend more on us
