Some ngos (like amnesty and greenpeace) have got some pretty good results from CSR, but other people think it's impossible and dangerous. Should occupy push for CSR?

Yeah, absolutely OWS should start thinking about CSR, or whatever - the declaration's all about the rich starting to take personal responsibility, so wouldn't that be part of it?

Changing incorporation laws from only-profits-matter to what is called a "benefit corporation" model, in which CSR can be factors management is responsible for, would be one step in the right direction.

Amnesty International is the tool of defeated colonial Britain for blackmailing the third world countries towards conforming to mostly military contracts and purchase from British corporates. Last year its executive Ms Irene Khan, as she admitted, received half a million pounds ($800,000) bonus for her job. This is overt payment. Under the table payments also receives from countries such as Saudi Royal family.

I did not say everything. I am living in Britain. I know only Amnesty International. They have no news what is going on outside their office in London.

I liked this. The are go now, coordinated with the foreign office of UK. Do you know? It's like BBC. You cannot find one word about OWS in BBC news during the last two months. The most important news of them is about an old lady who slipped over stairs in Willowham, Hertfordshire.
