Read it, but before you do spend some few years in the philosophical and historical study of "freedom." Both in constitutional knowledge, as the guarantor of our freedom, and logical presentation, this second generation Italian is eminently brilliant. Such a shame he is not Chief Justice.

You know, this is a dog eat dog world and the more economic stress we apply, the lesser chance of a greater benevolence, the lesser chance of any hope for the survival of an "equality."

Here we eat the 53% for the sake of not only the 47% but all of Mexico, South America, Russia, the Ukraine, and every other locality that drives its people to the illegal occupation of our foreign land. This is NOT "equality." This is division and animosity where none need exist... so much for the Utopian vision of the 60s... so much work, we almost made it... but equality it seems is a fallacy because all have a personal agenda. Which is here applied with alarmingly authoritative tenor... read the decision!

I did post this as a reference to Scalia- Can you tell me ANY decision he made as part a 5-4 that you AGREE with and WHY you agree with him
