Bank of America was determined to recoup the losses it suffered when it lost the merchant fee on their debit cards on the backs of the middle class by imposing a new monthly fee on the card. People, tired of the banker's culture of entitlement, vote with their feet - and their accounts. One church withdrew as much as $3 million! At first BoA modified the fee...then passed it to the poorest accounts...now they have announced they are scrapping it entirely! Woot!
