Aspects or characteristics of both the 1% and the 99% are in each of us. It's necessary for us all to come to terms with this, that there is no us and them, in order for us as fellow humans to reach state of harmony.
Rather than pointing at the other, it's necessary that we look within. This will teach us of our interdependency and show us how to have love for all.
I don't think the 1% can agree with... why would they when they feel they are better than you.
I'm not sure about "sameness" but we are interdependent.
