LiveStream could be an asset but the cameraman needs support, someone to focus on the camera, someone to focus on talking, someone in the crowd looking for people to interview, and someone working on talking points. Especially on the weekend when most cell phones are free. Someone at a computer could be working on talking points and conveying them to the ground via cell phone.
