Well, I wanted to contribute a cogent, and possible practical suggestion to the community, and submitted a piece that is just over 3 printed pages. Sorry if not very long ideas are too hard for your group to comprehend. You just turned me away from you, but not the idea.
On top of that you refuse to post my comment because the title has been used by others?????
There's a cap on how many characters the forum-software will accept. Try posting on a blog or website and then providing a link so we can all see it.

Are they editing out what they don't agree with?
I'm not sure how or why you are equating a technical limitation of the board with OWS turning you away, or that somehow it has anything to do with comprehension levels.
