For example Justice4All flat out lies to people telling them they can no longer get mortgages for less than 30% down, he tells them that they can't sell their homes without the banks permission.
When I told him that my experience is different and that I disagree he decided to call me stupid and a liar. I then showed him that I closed on a loan with 5% down a month ago and provided copies of my documents as proof.
All I'm saying is don't believe everyone here, there are drama queens who blow things out of proportion and make them sound worse than they are to the point where they believe it themselves!

Maybe we need a thread where we can post all the peoples names who are lying and/or pulling numbers out of thin air?
Buy Made in USA and support American jobs and families. Keep the jobs here not China. Buy quality products that don't break and then you have to waste your hard earned dollars and keep replacing. Made in USA products are superior in quality and will save you money over the long run (if product is more expensive initially)
