I'm only peripherally involved in the OWS movement, but it has my full support.
I think it would be wonderful if the movement could be used for concrete, pragmatic changes. One way to start would be to ensure that everyone who participates and is eligible to vote is registered to do so.
Is this happening? It's one real way that we can work to change the system.

I saw no voter registration efforts at all in Oakland. It's a pity... voting is a tool for change. Current elected officials will pay more attention if they see a big uptick in voter registration from occupiers and supporters.
There are voter registration tables for those who still believe anything can come out of parliamentarianism.
