I live in Texas, which has the longest border with Mexico; have lived with illegals who have infiltrated and burdened our country for as long as I have been alive. As long as we have illegals pouring into our country, we will not be able to have a budget that can be predicted, kept, or improved.
How do you put water into a strainer? How much is left? Same thing.
