Usury laws regarding loans and credit cards: Many states have interest rate limits and it appears that many credit card company interest rates exceed these limits -- PLEASE RESPOND WITH STORIES of unreasonable rates & Class Action lawsuits re credit cards
Never bothered to get myself a credit card or any other kind of credit for that matter.
Makes for a frugal life, but every penny I spend is only goes towards the cost of the goods and services I purchase. No interest. Ever.
Almost wish I could help you with an example, but I would rather not be in that position.
