US War-Murdered 20-30 Million Since WW2: Arrest Today’s War Criminals

Carl Herman posted April 2, 2012

“US covert and overt criminal Wars of Aggression caused 20-30 million deaths of human beings since World War 2, according to the outstanding documentation of James Lucas of Countercurrents.org. The US use/support of armed attacks is documented in 37 countries, and in direct violation of treaties after both world wars (Kellogg-Briand and UN Charter) to forever end armed attacks unless first attacked by another nation’s government.

The end of this gruesome and psychopathic history of armed attacks and war-murders in the Orwellian names of unalienable rights and freedom will end upon the demand of enough in the 99% to arrest the obvious current War Criminals…”

Tis is bullshit, it is called war buddy people die. We didn't get into those wars for no reason, get you're facts straight.

Read the link, Einstein.

I read it and it is dumb. Example, The Gulf War, we were backed by a coalition of some 37 countires. So why not blame them to. The Iraq/Afghanistan war was because Afghanistan refused to give up Al-Queda abd guess what we were backed by other natoions then to. Libya doesnt count either because we did NOT bomb their. Korea we were helping our South Korean allies, should we have just told them to deal with it. Vietnam we were helping our South Korean allies. Please try to disprove me on all those!

I could, but it would take far too much time. I would suggest you look beyond the textbook history that you're basing your assumptions on and quit taking history at face value. There's almost always more going on behind the scenes than most people ever know.

For arguments sake, what number has been determined to be the fault of the soviet union, china, etc. Since the author so generously blames soley the US, how come there little mention of the other side's culpability, and numbers??? It seems that every death is totally attributed to the US. The article is a blatant falsehood and is why it lies buried on the internet. Just another conspiracy theory.

Not during WWII...SINCE WWII. The documentation is staggeringly detailed and speaks for itself.

I never mentioned WW2 so why is that your basis of reply? Those numbers are quite high by themselves in civilian deaths (30-40MM). Your supposed documentation is one sided to the extreme, leaves out any other culpability and places all on one party. Has the US been responsible for civilian deaths due to military activities or other since WW2? Sure, but that is not my argument. Please think before jumping.

Yeah sure Trashy.....lets say the author of the article is wrong...'just for arguments sake'. Lets say the number is closer to 15 million. Lets be REALLY conservative and say the number is 10 million. Is that figure ok? Is there an amount of people that the American government can slaughter that is acceptable?

Who elected the US government to police the world? They are incrementally nation building and it has become glaringly obvious to the rest of the world, and guess what?! They're pissed off. Where in the world can you travel to these days and say you're an American and not worry about the reaction you're going to get?

I'm not interested in arguing semantics with the likes of you trashy. I don't think anyone would argue that the arrogance of the US government is known in every corner of the globe....and you know what else?! That has put YOU in danger.

Sorry to disappoint you but I am not him. But you did not reply to my point. Try again please. I replied to your point about WW2, which I did not even initially mention and then you fail to respond to my main point. There was no semantics, just some questions concerning the source. Why is that so difficult to discuss? BTW, I thought trashy was an excellent debater on this forum, and I miss is rhetorical replies.

Send these pro war sheep to the glue factory!

Nicely done, Reneye.

I hate idiots that get caught up in semantics. Totally miss the overall big picture, and along with that, their role in it.

Damn you're good!

Exposed again.

Thank you. I was expecting him, to be quite frank. I congratulated GypsyKing earlier today for outing him as EricBlair, and wondered if I would hear anything from trashy in the way of retribution.

I wrote this post two weeks ago. That's how far back he had to scroll in order to find something he could argue about.

I suspected several names to be him over the last few weeks, but decided that he at least had summoned a modicum of self-discipline in not attacking people, so I left it alone.

Looks like I was wrong. He's not so self-disciplined after all. Like everyone else, I have little time to contribute here as it is. I certainly don't want to waste it on him.

[-] 1 points by gnomunny (6819) from St Louis, MO 12 years ago

Now that I scroll through, you're right. Engineer4 is the one that pulled this out of the archives. He saw you congratulate GypsyKing, then went through the archives looking for a Renaye post. Pretty weak. Instead of engaging in legitimate conversations.

I'm glad he did though. This is one I missed during my 'forced' hiatus.

A good, eye-opening link. A like for you!

I do not scroll the archives. This post was on the first page and I made a response. Why is everyone so quick to judge on the forum?

[-] 1 points by gnomunny (6819) from St Louis, MO 12 years ago

Thras made everyone paranoid.

[-] 1 points by engineer4 (331) 12 years ago

I do miss his discourse and humor. While I did not always agree, it was always a good read.

[-] 1 points by gnomunny (6819) from St Louis, MO 12 years ago

Don't miss the childish antics like the bot attacks, trashing threads he didn't agree with, self-appointing himself some sort of moderator and the general narrow-mindedness. If one doesn't like the content of the thread, move to the next one. If the admins were that worried about content, they'd monitor more closely. Let people talk; you never know what revelations may come from it. Know what I mean?

Better yet why don't they just completely disband the Military? We don't need it,right? I mean,if we just apologize to our supposed enemies they wouldn't attack us and if we have no over seas bases or any more offensive capability the world would finally achieve peace. This I'm sure you must agree with.

[-] -1 points by Reneye (118) 12 years ago

I do agree...As idealistic as it may be.

A) I hope you do construction if you drive an F350. Because otherwise, well, I dont think I have to explain the rest....

B) No one said disband the military. You are debating that this empire quest of world domination is going to leave us broke, LIKE EVERY OTHER EMPIRE?
