Forum Post: UnOccupy Religion - It is a tool weilded by oppressors

Perhaps now is a good time to let people know how media and information has been manipulating religious groups into hate and fear of one another.

People really only know of the world that is put before them on television and media. Most of us never leave our country to meet or even begin to understand people across the world.

We have been fooled by those who own and control our government and media. The world they created is not real. All any person anywhere in the world really wants is peace, freedom and the ability to look after themselves.

It is amazing that a former president can go on TV and tell an entire nation that "there are evil doers that hate freedom and they want to get you". What's even more sad is the fact that we all know that we were manipulated into war to help then gain massive profits in weapons building, oil, construction, media and expand their markets and rule.

What's even more pathetic is to see native peoples give up their own traditions and heritage and adopt the religions that are used by their oppressors to control them.

Humans really are sheep. aren't they?
