Forum Post: Understanding Greek

The Austerity that may be in our future is being imposed on Greeks now. The common Greeks are aware that their government is corrupt and must be altered to achieve some form of equality. We can hope for media coverage big enough that helps common Americans learn and become outraged, but it may not occur. Currently, contraception is the big news story.

100 million Americans heard Clint Eastwood's Super Bowl tv commercial, right before the beginning of the 2nd half of the game. Every politician and pundit say this possibly is the most important election year in history. They imply that there are only two different directions to take, the republican one or the democrat one. However, it's inevitable that there be only the two.

A poster on this forum from Britain pleaded for Americans to get our act together, so he and the whole world could breathe easier. Everyone was impressed with the worldwide eruption of Joy from countries all over the world when the Occupy Movement began in America. If the American masses wake up to what's really happening, we can let the world breather easier by getting our act together.
