Aired on BBC2 May 2011, Curtis masterpiece thesis describes the development of 'systems failure' by our attempts to achieve a self-stabilizing computer utopia based on Ayn Randian values.
He asserts that the basis of this ideal is scientifically false, and greed and gaming of the system by key financial players-completely missed / misinterpreted by Greenspan-lead to collapse of the system.
