I'm sure this has been posted already, I couldn't find it.... So here it is for you.

Shame on you!

" The right to form groups, to organise and to assemble together with the aim of addressing issues of common concern is a human right. The ability to organise is an important means by which citizens can influence their governments and leaders. The right to freedom of association and assembly is protected in international and regional human rights treaties. These rights are applicable to any issue. Mass protest is a potent symbol of the exercise of this right."

" California Penal Code Section 12403.7 (a) (8) (g) Any person who uses tear gas or tear gas weapons except in self-defense is guilty of a public offense and is punishable by imprisonment in a state prison for 16 months, or two or three years or in a county jail not to exceed one year or by a fine not to exceed one thousand dollars ($1,000)"

1st Amendment:

Congress shall make no law [] abridging the freedom of speech,[]or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

WE WILL NOT FORGET.

www.copwatch.org/ we need the contact data of his superiors, the mayor, etc. Occupy accountability. Riot kops shouldn't be even carrying gas in cases of nonviolent protests. It's a public health concern. Shitcan those who aren't serving & protecting YOU. Peace.

How about stepping up to the plate and posting information about the protesters. they claim to be proud of what they are doing, but like most terrorists they hide behind anonymity.

If you have some footage of a protester pepper spraying dozens of individuals without violent provocation... surely I'll attempt to post some info for you.

Should not be needed. if you truly believe in the movement not only will you give up your body to punishment, but you should all sign a declaration like the founders did. They were not afraid to put their names on was considered their death warrant, but OWS will not go that far for the party, I mean cause.

Base pay: $116,454.00. So this is why we pay our public servants so well. Now, I know why government work pays so well. They are foot soldiers of the police state.

I thought it was against the forum rules to post private information? Oh yeah, the guy already changed his email, phone, and doesn't work at UC Davis anymore.

For 116,454, it gets you a pretty mediocre place. Google map and street view. He lives in an apartment house.... I think someone's fudging numbers...... And the cops can pepper spay, tear gas, and even shot if they feel the need to. Just because a group of people think they know the law doesn't give them the right to ignore it. They were told to leave multiple times, after that, it's not a demonstration, it's breaking the law, hence the riot gear. They were told to leave or else, they stayed, they got off easier than citizens in a lot of other countries. People actually die fighting for simple rights. 7 people have died over this "movement" over acting stupid, sleeping in freezing temps, overdosing, etc.; while thousands have died in other countries trying to get even close to what we have in this country.
