The 1% have occupied our hearts and minds for too long with their pollution, materialist nihilism. For too long this nihilism has made us feel hopeless. For too long that hopelessness and accompanying emptiness has led us to fill that hole by buying their products. We allowed ourselves to be transformed and devolved from citizens into consumers...but now that delusion is ending.

We are human beings. We are rising. And nothing can stop us, the 99% of the nation from taking our country back from the hijackers (the 1% and their minions). If we remain true to active nonviolent resistance and engage in coordinated forceful tactical non-violent action, nothing can stop us. We are by definition too large to control.

We are the 99% and we are rising. We, the 99%, are now focusing more on what we have in common rather than what divides us. As a result, we will begin making decisions from a position of united power rather than demands from a position of divided weakness.

Viva la revolution. OWS is going to defend this nation from corpopolitical terrorists who have hijacked our government.

First they ignore you, then they laugh at you, then they fight you, then you win.

And - The more their ( Corp. ) Main Stream Media ignores us the fishier they begin to smell ( and oh yes it is a pretty ripe and rotten smell already ). What a way to ruin your reputation. Not just here at home but around the world.

MSM - Hypocrisy in inaction.

What kind of awards do they win for that?

I agree. Edward R. Murrow saw this coming about a hundred miles away. That guy was such a hero taking on McCarthy. Brave.

We could really use some good News People in action today. Other than on the internet, I mean.

Main Stream Public is not getting the news because they are not getting ( looking for ) the coverage on-line.

But even that is starting to change.

Forward the movements and the education of the world.

I honestly believe mainstream media will cover this story if we engage in actions that are noteworthy and do so with tactical nonviolence. King and Gandhi were absolute masters at this. Everyone speaks of them now in lofty, almost holy terms but the truth is, in addition to their great leadership and spiritual nature, they were also masters of feeding the press. Both intentionally engaged in dramatic actions they knew would be covered because they KNEW reporters would be there. There comes a point where even an editor working in the corporate media can't ignore a story any more.

I think we should all remind each other of this often.

We should definitely feed the press. The world press mainly.

Our Main Stream Media is becoming the laughing stock of the world for it's Hypocrisy. They will have to start doing some sort of coverage just to keep from losing all respectability. Even if they try going down the road of major negative coverage/slant 1st.

You will first need to identify who the "Real 1%" is.
