In the light of future operations of the OWS movement, I feel these manuals will be necessary to be read. Read up and spread the knowledge. These military manuals will give you a heads up of things you should take into consideration. This is not a game we're playing, especially if we are going to march towards DC or continue a long-term occupations!!

These are things that you need to know if you're going to take part in this venture. Take the time to read this and to talk to veterans if you have questions about the matters presented

A standing army?

More the means to make the occupations more sanitary, safer and even more bearable. The Military technologies and concepts were developed for that very purpose. We just need to apply it and use them.

The development of a leader class within a leaderless movement seems strange to me. Safety and sanitation are critical issues. May I suggest sniper training for OWS photo teams, so as to instill fear of exposure in violent police or violent protesters.

Unecessary, However media training that apes some "escape and evade" tactics might be of better use. However, when dealing with police and violent protestors, we should use the same filming strategy that wildlife photographers use. I mean it would make sense, they avoid injury while dealing with deadly creatures, and what is the deadliest creature but man?

Photographs of wrongdoers, taken in clear and crisp vividness, from a long distance, in an unidentified location, has not only the power to identify those individuals, but the power to expose them and their identity to the scrutiny of the court of public opinion. Is that bad?

Far from it. It's a rather humane method.

Agreed, even humane in comparison to Madame Guillotine, but the same result nevertheless. A highly necessary result.
