Nobody is asking for free anything, we all enjoy being productive and useful.. Capitalism was never intended to be this lopsided. When it is nearly impossible to raise a family, put them through school and save enough for retirement and taking care of aging parents on today's wages, these young people are seeking infrastructure-like solutions. Capitalism is not what is happening today where many corporations are laying off workers, lowering wages and reducing benefits in a squeze, masquarading as capitalism. In capitalism, the worker would quit and work elsewhere, but the corporations are moving as one, in a collusion squeeze designed to impoverish and create an underclass. No one, even you is exempt. They don't want you in their country club, either.
