My vote would have to go to Sandra Day O'Conner, who after all this time, finally expresses regret for having appointed G.W. Bush.

Better late then never, doesn't apply here.

It does however, lend even more credence to all the studies that show conse(R)vatism demonstrates a lack of critical thing as well as something of a knee jerk attitude, and a fear of leaving the status quo behind..

They felt like enacting "Citizens United(sic)" and we all know how that turned out.

It's likely the current SCOTUS will be considered the most incompetent of all time.

I believe, that's because it's the most conse(R)vative and the most bought off, in history.

Yep - the mess the world is in Did Not Happen Overnight.

It has been a long term committed effort to undermine society.

The roots of most of it can be found in (R)epelican't administrations.

Here's another link to Reagan's responsibility.

Too bad the (R)epelican't NEVER actually accept the responsibility for what their legislative agenda has done, in spite of their rhetoric about the subject.

I can't imagine anyone worse than Georgie W. But now I have to wonder. Obama has proven himself a War Hawk, a Protector of the Rich, an Enabler of the TBTF banks, and he hasn't fixed the Systemic Risk to the Financial System. Obama did not do anything except create more MIC or Security jobs. Obama believe in NAFTA, Free Trade and Globalism. Obama is now known as the Drone President.

I'm not really down on Obama despite that. My point is this:

Would Albert Gore have taken us to war in Iraq to Please the Puppet Masters? Would Al Gore have Created this Police State, Surveillance State, and started taking away our rights and privacy.

Clearly, Albert Gore as President would have Enabled Wall Street Fraud and Covered it up. It was under Clinton that Glass Steagall was over turned.

But I never followed Al Gore very much so I don't know his power base.

The only reason that I know Georgie W.s Power base at all is that he was elected and he kept all the Neocons and Neoliberals around him.

I guess President Obama wants to be a Centrist and feels he has to be the Adult that keeps Congress working together. I just don't see why he had to keep all the Neoliberal Bankers and Economists.

I keep trying to be impressed.

I am trying.

It's hard to be impressed with far too little far too late, coupled with absolute zero press in the MSM.

It's was more like she was talking to herself in her dotage.

Yep. That's pretty much the feeling that I got.

Perhaps if she was better informed about early Bush behaviors?

She would have better understood the odors that surround him.

[-] 1 points by GirlFriday (17435) 7 years ago

She was informed. See, I love Supreme Court Justices. I do. Earl Warren is probably one of my favorites. He did some of the almost unforgivable things. Then it's like he spent the rest of his life like he was trying to set that right. He did apologize. It meant something. I thought.

They shouldn't have taken the case and it was a political move. She's right that it made them look like bad. It did.

I will love them, only if they voluntarily repeal Citizens United.

Until then, they are all on my shit list........................:)
