Funny you don't put any radical liberals on the list who are just as responsible. What about Chris Dodd and Barney Frank? How about Tim Geitner? How about George Soros? Your list seems pretty partisan, try not to make it so obvious you are a leftist. I also fail to see how Rumsfeld has anything to do with the financial mess. There are plenty of Goldman Sachs people that should go along first.

Rumsfeld drove the machines of war, financed by the bankster\criminals. He was "just following orders", like an SS officer.

Other than currency manipulation and profiting off of the economic collapse in America? How about contributing to the economic collapse in America? The man is just as crooked as the Kochs. Probably explains why he is wanted in several countries for financial crimes. The man is a plague and should be thrown in prison. He and the Koch boys should share a cell.
