One observation I have, is there is no 'leader' for the OWS. If this changes OWS may be doomed. The OWS is the majority, the majority is the "leader" and silently watching and waiting.

So. what's this movement really about?
Even the NY Marathon needs a map or two and a few signs. That to a certain extent represents leadership.
Though I would LOVE to see a thousand people leave at the count of three and a gun shot without those maps and signs. It could only imagine that it would be one of the funniest things ever seen.
What would be wrong with that, someone would finally find the finish line, some how, some day.
