Deductions galore baby! Nobody, but nobody, ever paid 90% (or whatever) in income taxes.
The rate was on the books, but nobody paid them.
Yes OWS fans, we had very rich people back in the glory days of liberal heaven.
Exactly! The top "effective" rates were 50-60%. And people were still very rich! : )
