You were promised the right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.
The pursuit of happiness is not the same as having happiness handed to you on a silver platter.
Quite of few of the 1% were part of the 99% just a few years ago, but they exercised their right to pursue happiness and now, it seems, that you don't like them for doing so.
What does that say about you?
Remember... when you point your 1% finger at someone else....
