Profit before people is, hopefully, a dying principle.
"Rice expands free tuition: Rice University will not charge tuition for students from lower- and middle-income families making as much as $130,000 a year. The school aims to make college affordable for middle-income families."

Free education for all qualified students is high on my list of actions the Democrats must start doing, not merely promising, if they want to be assured of my vote.
