Dear Occupy WallStreet movement,

I am an Egyptian/American who was present in Egypt for the last year and a half and participated to an extent in the revolution on several fronts. Among them, participating in writing a book with 9 other Egyptians, each representing different entities within the uprising itself.

While writing the book, "Rising from Tahrir", I thought about your movement as I noted that members from your side were incoporating strategies and symbols of our protests into yours. I think it is important for you to read the book as it outlines the strategies and goals of our revolution that made it both a success and unfortunate failure.

I would love to be in contact with your group and compare notes:) The anniversary of the Egyptian movement is on the 25th and we will be hosting live coverage of activists on our website as we rise once more against the military regime.

Our website is www.risingfromtahrir.com and you will find links to the e-book there and the paperback will be available soon.

Warmest regards, Hoda
