There is more to add to the List:

1) We are number one in selling weapons around the world.
2) We are the best weapons maker in the world including communications gear.
3) About 40% of all the small arms all over the world were made in the USA (pretty good, might make us number 1 as long as you count the older arms from like WWI and WWII).
4) We are probably number one in providing military assistance weapons and training to foreign countries around the globe.
5) We might be number one in Financial GDP or Finanical Growth if you add in the trades that we do in London (where the rules are the most relaxed)
6) We are the most productive country in the world based on leveraging technology (that puts us ahead of China)
7) We are the most open country if you want to start a new cult or bring over your religion and teach people.
8) Supposedly our business systems and service industry systems are so good that other countries want to learn them and copy them.

But yes, we don't have a good infant mortality rate, literacy rate, education, public health care, Obesity Rate, etc.
