Mr. Paul Rand is saying he wants to get corporate money out of politics. Also, he's saying that Reagan was worth than Jimmy Carter with a budget. I could say that's the pot calling the kettle black, but anyway, I said 'Good Message.' But, I didn't get away with it. One of Breitbart's finest says that the dems controlled the House and did all the spending under Reagan and Bush Sr. I got bells going off everywhere, then he hits me with: Dems controlled the House, which according to the Constitution originates all spending, from 1952 to 1994. That's a heck of a lot longer than 12 years. I thought the President had to propose budgets and put them through the House and there were these black budgets and all that didn't go through Congress. Can anyone back me up on this? Thanks in advance.

I meant worse, not 'worth' sorry.
