The other problem with the way he was killed is that it has antagonized members of his tribe. Remember Libya is a tribal nations. This is going to have a ripple effect....

Still, law and due process should always be upheld.....If you ask me it was barbaric and it was no way of starting a new state.

I agree with that completely, however for many years this man was the law and if you consider that, he was probably treated in kind as any other under his rule of law. Not what you or I would have done but I'm certainly not shedding a tear for the man, I will save my tears for others.
