Our group will be moving to elect an executive committee on October 15, 2011 at the NYC General Assembly.
This executive committee (and others all over the country) will be responsible for organizing the election of a National General Assembly to convene in Philadelphia on July 4. 2012. Please join us on Saturday at the GA and review our motion and action plan:

I can seriously get behind this. How will we vote?
If you can come to the GA on 10-15-11 you can vote for or against the formation of an executive committee. If the idea is approved for such a committee, you can then run to be on the committee or vote for other people to be on it. The next step is to organize a nationwide election of delegates the National General Assembly.

How can I be part of an executive committee? I am in Florida. I see a need for strong leadership and I can help I know.
We are hoping that once an executive committee is elected in NYC, other cities will follow. The ultimate goal is to organize a national election of delegates for a National General Assembly to convene on 7-4-12.
Make a proposal at your local GA.
No idea where the local is. Is that Tampa for me?? I am working on the 15th.
