The presence of the TSA or The Department Of Homeland Security amid the operations of State or local public safety agencies, is unprecedented in the USA. The implications of such things are completely outrageous and will achieve nothing of consequence other than to legitimize a dominance of a Federal or central government in America over its citizenry.

Agreed. Such a struggle is legitimized by its very nature. There is no grey area.
