The American Liberty True Democracy Party is something I came across at a Yahoo site http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Wadjat_News/message/10073 that I think might provide some focus or inspiration for the OWS movement. Rather than being an organization that already exists, the American Liberty True Democracy Party seems to just be an idea addressing a broad range of concerns in response to the November 17 state-forced evolution of the OWS movement. My purpose in posting it for discussion is to see the ideas put forth by it evaluated and perhaps developed if found to have merit. I've already posted this at the Occupy Together and Occupy Seattle sites so the Occupy Wall Street site will probably be the final place I seek to give this discussion some attention.

The American Liberty True Democracy Party

As apart of the global Pro-Democracy Movement to alleviate the abuses of economic inequality facilitated through the growing union of corporation and state, the American Liberty True Democracy Party supports the true American Revolution of bringing about the separation of corporation and state through six key objectives.

1. The American Liberty True Democracy Party aspires to establish democracy in America by establishing Initiative and Referendum in all of the 50 States.

2. The American Liberty True Democracy Party aspires to establish democratic control of economic prosperity in America by the establishment of State Banks in all of the 50 States leading to a new federal reserve banking system composed of the 50 State Banks along with a new currency and new system of taxation.

3. The American Liberty True Democracy Party aspires to bring democratic control of employment to the American people through the support of unions and the establishment of the American Liberty Corporation, a federation of co-operatives modeled upon the Mondragon Corporation.

4. The American Liberty True Democracy Party aspires to bring about the distinction of natural and artificial persons in all of the 50 States to prohibit the unjust misapplication of natural individual rights to artificial persons.

5. The American Liberty True Democracy Party aspires to establish a new system of taxation in recognition that the compulsory taxation of income and property renders an individual’s self-sustaining labor and property to ultimately be the possessions of the state thereby being antithetical to individual liberty. The non-compulsory taxation of income should therefore be reserved for those who individually choose to participate in any voluntary state social welfare programs.

6. The American Liberty True Democracy Party aspires to establish a constitutional definition of the word ‘Freedom’ as a people cannot be free when the very subject of freedom is left undefined and therefore subject to unaccountable repression by the governing authorities.

For a true government of the People, by the People, for the People, the principles of true democracy are supported within the American Liberty True Democracy Party by three commitments.

1. Members of the American Liberty True Democracy Party are members of credit unions, not banks. Whereas credit unions are democratic financial institutions of the people, banks, even small and local community banks, are not.

2. To be held accountable, candidates of the American Liberty True Democracy Party running for public office shall be bound by contract to uphold the principles of the Party in turn for the Party’s financial support. Violation of the contract shall therefore constitute fraud prosecutable to the full extent of the law.

3. Issues to be voted upon by an elected representative of the American Liberty True Democracy Party shall be presented to the Party members of the representative’s district and voted upon by them to determine the way in which the representative is to vote.

Six objectives and three commitments are put forth for by the American Liberty True Democracy Party. What do OWS supporters think should be accepted? What do OWS supporters think should be modified? What do OWS supporters think should be rejected? If anyone feels that democracy itself should be rejected, apply the reasons for that rejection to any of the 9 ideas promoted by the American Liberty True Democracy Party.

The problem is that until people realize all their problems flow from the abuse and misuse of the word "democracy" we are going in one big 200 yr old circle. We had liberty as a REPUBLIC and then promptly lost it again once ENGLAND won the Civil War (last battle of the Revolutionary War) Bank of England established and owns The Fed. The United States is a Corporation that fraudulently asserts jurisdiction upon otherwise free citizens of the States United. The original 13th ammendment was covertly replaced, and every ammendment after it is a fraud. Look it up. Both systems operate today. By law we have rights that make us free-until we know how to assert them, we just give ourselves over needlessly to feudal slavery. Learn http://www.USAvsUS.info/. No time to reinvent the whole system in blatant contradiction to understanding the problem. Some good ideas here no doubt, buy JETTISON that word Democracy and re-learn what a REPUBLIC is. Democracy has a place-it is not the structure we need -it is the problem driving us toward a final stage outlined in the Communist Manifesto.
