The recent article in Forbes regarding capital gains is enlightening. The top 0.1 percent of the nation's earners earn 50 percent of all capital gains. This accounts for 60 percent of the earnings of the Forbes 400. I think this is one "entitlement" that should be reduced. If you want to protest something, read the article (http://news.yahoo.com/top-0-1-nation-earn-half-capital-gains-172647859.html) then put some pressure on CONGRESS to increase the capital gains tax.
EMAIL, FAX, and CALL your Senators and representatives NOW!!! Congress needs to get the message loud and clear.

Great article. Forget your Congresswoman. Waste of space, and probably in love with a big banking executive. She is not interested in you, the small fish . This is a job for the 99%. We don't need any politician or Wall Street for that matter.
