Have you ever noticed that the wealthiest people are also the healthiest? Many of the most elite members of society are in far better condition than most of us. They live longer and more fulfilling lives, but yet few people understand why. Part of this, and a big part is due to what we put in our bodies and what they put in their bodies. In fact, most Americans feel that they are bound to whatever is in the grocery store regardless of how bad it may be for us.
I want to share a personal story on how I am making progress towards joining the 1% in an ethical manner that is also improving my health. Recently, I decided on a way that substitutes protesting for activity that has a direct impact on my life and the lives of others. It is a blog post that I have done and I would love comments from anyone who has a website that they would like to link to.
This is a solution to the problems that the 99% face. Although it is not the only solution, it is one that I believe in firmly. Enjoy and thank you.
