TEPCO? Sure. But hardly the only contributor to the ocean die-offs. The world can not continue to treat the oceans as just another toxic waste dump.

Tweet = Forum Post: TEPCO? | http://OccupyWallSt.org : http://occupywallst.org/forum/tepco/#.VUfn1aLX5Io.twitter … Where shall we all live when the earth dies?

[-] 2 points by DKAtoday (33802) from Coon Rapids, MN 8 years ago

As we (humanity) abuse the world - the world tells us about it.

This die-off is horrendous - and should have the world crying out in horror - as the oceans die - world wide starvation will increase - as the oceans die - so dies the environment.

The oceans - the birth place of life.

Remaining reactors melted down about two months ago. Perhaps soon, we will be singing a few bars of Waltzing Matilda (remember 1959 film On The Beach).

Nice that "that" was a fully covered and totally publicly saturated news item - Hey?

[-] 1 points by Nevada1 (5843) 8 years ago

Exactly, It might hurt TEPCO stock value.

Consuming a little boron (as in borax) gives you some protection. Dairy farmers have been treating cows with boron since 2011, due to Fukashima. http://www.fearlessfemininefemale.com/fff/content/fitnessnutrition-wellness-tips-and-more/borax-cleaning-more-your-home-great-protective-again

20 mule team Borax Now better than ever - provides nuclear radioactivity protection.

Think their stock prices received a boost with the news?

Hmmmm cobalt blue? isn't that a radiation exposure treatment?

How would that be advertized? Drink cobalt blue and while removing radioactivity from your body - it will leave a nice blue poo in your toilet bowl?

[-] 1 points by grapes (5232) 8 years ago

No problem, we'll add Borax(R) to our (lugano's, factsrfun's, and grapes') luxury yacht's provisions which will also include potassium iodide pills, radiation suits, respirators, decontamination bath, and Geiger counters. I vaguely remember that consuming excessive amounts of boron can be toxic so beware.

Hey - BUT - no worries - They are attempting to freeze the ground - all around - problems Solved. HEH - right? - right? I mean what could possibly go wrong? Fukushima was just a very improbable freak accident to begin with - right? I mean its not like Japan is in a seismically active area to begin with or anything - am I right?

"what???"

"ummmmm"

"really???"

"who knew?"

"still that doesn't mean that deep freezing the ground won't work.....um... Right?" - " I mean like its not like the meltdown process causes any heat - Right?"

"WHAT???"

"Are You Just Being The Eternal Pessimist or - WHAT?"

[-] 1 points by DKAtoday (33802) from Coon Rapids, MN 8 years ago

Yep -

What the world needs now is uranium reactors, sweet uranium reactors. It's the only thing that there's just too little of. What the world needs now is uranium reactors, sweet uranium reactors. No not just for some but for everyone.

Lord, we don't need another mountain, There are mountains and hillsides enough to climb. There are oceans and rivers enough to cross, Enough to last 'til the end of time.

[-] 1 points by grapes (5232) 8 years ago

It figures - I am not surprised. Japanese engineers may actually be speaking the truth, "Insurmountable!" The estimate of 200 years to decommission the melted down reactors is near eternity for anyone alive. At least, this dispatch is in English which I understand. I think "Sayonara!" is what they really meant to say, emotionally.

Insanity pure insanity to declare the Fukushima disaster as being over.

Time for the propaganda spin doctors to start chiming in. Perhaps with something like:

Instead of the original = What the World Needs Now is Love - Jackie DeShannon

They would give us:

What the world needs now is uranium reactors, sweet uranium reactors. It's the only thing that there's just too little of. What the world needs now is uranium reactors, sweet uranium reactors. No not just for some but for everyone.

Lord, we don't need another mountain, There are mountains and hillsides enough to climb. There are oceans and rivers enough to cross, Enough to last 'til the end of time.

What the world needs now is uranium reactors, sweet uranium reactors, It's the only thing that theres just too little of. What the world needs now is uranium reactors, sweet uranium reactors, No, not just for some, but for everyone.

Lord, we dont need another meadow. There are corn fields and wheat fields enough to grow. There are sunbeams and moonbeams enough to shine. Oh, listen Lord, if you want to know.

What the world needs now is uranium reactors, sweet uranium reactors. It's the only thing that theres just too little of. What the world needs now is uranium reactors, sweet uranium reactors, No, not just for some, oh, but just for every, every, everyone.

What the world needs now Is uranium reactors, sweet uranium reactors. What the world needs now Is uranium reactors, sweet uranium reactors.

TEPCO------------Time To Eat Borax

New additive by the Health service to our water supply? New improved now not only do you get fluoride - but Borax too.

[-] 1 points by Nevada1 (5843) 8 years ago

Actually health departments should be recommending boron, but that might damage TEPCO's image.

[-] 1 points by DKAtoday (33802) from Coon Rapids, MN 8 years ago

You of course mean - the - for profit health services?

How many people swim in those contaminated waters? Will the medical community be able to tie in a correspondence to rising incidents of skin disease or internal organ disease or cancers?

[-] 1 points by Nevada1 (5843) 8 years ago

Anything we need to know, will be hidden. Opportunistic depopulation.

How else are the multinational corp(se)oRATion masters gonna get rid of the excess population that have no jobs and can't afford to purchase anything from em?

I agree, Fukushima is a huge disaster. BOTH of our corporate owned parties have not addressed, our most pressing concerns. Edit: (In a meaningful way)

11th track: (We erroneously conflate)

We erroneously conflate the dems and reps - as it provides us with cover as being against the system - while it throws mud at those who do not deserve it - and basically works to help people to choose to opt out of the process rather than make any united attempt to remove the actively evil from government - and so we support the status quo - "of this country being given to the 1%" - while hiding behind a claim of being revolutionary supporters of the people.
