There was was a big reason why we did the Voting Is Dead promo in March when the choices, as usual, were nothing but yes men/women.
Clean Zones, Protest Zones, etc. 173 new cameras going up around the city. Red light cameras at every intersection (how long until they are just live streaming?).
Shameful. Throwing the people a few crumbs while massive steps are taken in the opposite direction.
If that isnt typical establishment methods, then I dont know what is.
They now awarded protests to only certain groups at certain times.
Jeremy, you should try practicing what you preach. You don't bother to vote in every election. Get over yourself.
I bounced around a lot too.
Going to out of state school made things worse.
Keep in mind from the age of 18-about 27 I was concerned with one thing- partying my ass off. Ive only been stydying this stuff for about 4 years. Before that I was your usual media inspired hack.
I try to. But sometimes, like on the Mayors election, I think that doing things to shake the public is more appropriate.
