HR 2306 is the first bill introduced to Congress to decriminalize marijuana since 1936. Even though it has 19 co-signers, Representative Lamar Smith won't give it a fair hearing in the House Committee of the Judiciary.
(Starting) On Monday, December 5th, let's Occupy Lamar Smith's office! Continuously call his DC and Texas office and ask why he won't give HR 2306 a chance!
