So we as a group support Iran?

Where did you come up with that?? How about, we as a group support ordinary people in other countries where the US Government has overthrown the democratically elected leaders and imposed a ruthless police state in the name of profits.

We kept Mubarak alive through heavy doses of military hardware and training on how to hold power by kidnappings, oppression, torture, deceit, and propaganda. In return he opened up his markets and his valuable geo-stragic location to us (which we used a a springboard to project influence and power onto the entire region (thus exponentially increasing the suffering in that corner of the world).

So it was a good thing tearing down the embassy?

The embassy being a a symbolic representation of US projection of power, hegemony in the region(s), and illegal actions that cost millions and millions of people their lives and welfare every year. If the Iranians did to us what we did to them (starting in 1953) then we would tear their embassy down too!
