  1. Have one chat STRICTLY designed for practical matters directly related to the protest on the ground there. This includes questions and offers from those watching on Livestream, and public announcements. It also offers the media team a chance to effectively crowdsource over 5000 people 24/7 instantaneously. Too much clutter kills it.

  2. Find a way to share the good comments and conversations from livestream chat with those on the ground regularly (maybe with a projector?). Also, there should be eyes on the chat almost always, in case of technical problems or things you need to know from us.

  3. More interviews (relatively short). More ways to get us to participate besides donations and spreading the word (eg. if its ever relevant put netizen issues in the GA agenda), or at least move cam closer to the GA.

Thanks for everything and maintain solidarity! :D

Agree. I've suggested via email to have a daily video news show (15-30 minutes) with best videos & news of the day, announcements, short interviews,...

  1. Create a "Police Relations Committee." On day 3 or so, I remember seeing a table offering free donuts to the police. Have someone maintain a coffee/donut station all the time and act as a friendly liazon with police. They're the 99% too, and either way I think it's important to promote peace whenever possible.
