Below is a copy of the letter I sent to My representatives in Minnesota advocating for change.

We all ( 99% & Occupy movements ) of us need to keep the lines of communication open and functioning. We need to detail our concerns ( all of them ) and publish them wherever we can, as well as present them on signs and banners at protests. The media ( Corporate controlled ) accuses us of being an incoherent mob. We need to show that they are wrong.

The seriousness of our movements need to be voiced and written in coherent objections to current abusive policies/practices if we are going to make ourselves understood. Not understood just by Government and the out of control Corporations. But to be understood and supported by our friends, family and neighbors across this Country of ours and around the World. There are many things to oppose right now before they are passed as well as many things in place which need correction and/or enforcement. Some abusive things may get passed initially, but are less likely to stand if we all speak out now, Loudly & Clearly Shout-It-Out, but also clearly SPELL-IT-OUT, documentation is harder to ignore and is better accessed by all.

The Vikings and the NFL should do all of the funding for the new stadium. Pro football is a multi-billion dollar business it is wrong for a wealthy business to demand public money to build or maintain stadiums, especially when there are major cuts in spending for education, health care, emergency services, etc. The NFL should do it's own funding for expansion and upgrades.

Oh and by the way, there is nothing wrong with their current stadium. New Roof, New Turf. The metropolitan sports commission is even willing to sell the stadium for next to nothing instead of leasing the space to the Vikings.

The 99% and Occupy WallStreet movements as well as the currently smaller Occupy Minnesota movement, did not appear out of nowhere. These movements have been a long time in coming. It is past time for the Government of THE PEOPLE to start working for THE PEOPLE.

Stop Corporate abuse. Start now.

Thank You.

Absolutely right. Good luck with your petition! These wealthy businesses should not get big government handouts. This can lead to corruption. It goes to the heart of Occupy core principles.
