It's interesting that there is a huge wealth of spam related to pirating video's and sports from various websites that made a recent appearance on this site. It's almost like bait to justify shutting the site down.

Perhaps thats why they (the spammers) are flooding the site with posts tied to copyrighted materials. Free tv, free, UFC streams, etc linking the site to OWS.
In theory, besides messing up the forum It could give the act a loophole to show OWS endorses posting of stealing or viewing free material through the site.
Yes, I just saw that and "like"d it. Simply because of the amount of spam, I believe it's a virus. Similar to the Twitter "Castro is Dead" virus that came out recently.
It's concerning, none-the-less. I change my opinion of Occupy often... I guess it depends on my mood, how much I am enjoying my job, or maybe if it's cold outside. I watched Occupy New Years, and I was surprised. It just felt like the whole New York new years show was a staged event, and here are a group of people doing exactly what was expected (partying, per say) and being arrested and condemned because of political reasons.
