That nonsense is propaganda. There are plenty of very wealthy individuals in socialist countries who also partake of the Free Markets and Capitalism.

WE have been a socialist democracy since our inception. Why has history not delivered it's lessons to American people.

The Market crash of 1929...brought America to it's knees and up to it's eyeballs in poor. Unbridled gambling on Wall Street completely devastated the economy. Only when rules and regulations of Honesty, Integrity, and Ethics quelled wild west trading on Wall Street...did America truly begin to prosper.

Somehow....all these rules of honesty, integrity, and ethics in business were stripped away...and the WILD WILD WEST of Wall Street....once again brought America to a grinding halt.

Let's be rational and reasonably....and put back in place the things that have proven to work.

So what happens to my private property when I decide I have paid enough, and no longer wish to feed the hungry masses?

we are not interested in socialism, which is a con scam dupe moron corporate oligarchy tool ideology, detached from science and detached from reality. please stop promoting it.

There are no socialist countries. There are oligarchies who USE socialism as a mask to cover up oligarchy.

Agreed we need strong rules to govern corporations.

there is nothing rational or reasonable about socialism, so as long as you are promoting socialism calls for rational are going to pretty much go unheard.

According to a 2008 article by David Rothkopf, the world’s 1,100 richest people have almost twice the assets of the poorest 2.5 billion (Rothkopf, 2008). Aside from the obvious problem – that this global elite has their hands in everything from politics to financial institutions – …

To the extent that we, the people, are removed from control over our lands, marketplaces, central banks, and media we are no longer empowered. In practice, those few who do control the land, central bank, media and "free market" are the real rulers of our corrupt and declining "democracy."

Due to propaganda from a corporate-owned and edited media we are kept from knowing, much less debating, the nature of our system. Due to a central bank owned by bankers, media owned by a few global concerns, and trade regime controlled by global corporations (i.e., one designed to remove the people from control over their markets and environments) the vast majority have become little more than latter-day serfs and neo-slaves upon a corporate latifundia.

To restore a semblance of effective democracy and true freedom Americans, and people around the world, need to re-educate themselves as to the true nature of their political and economic systems. Toward this end, OligarchyUSA.com is dedicated to providing old and new information, books, links, reform ideas and debates not easily found or accessed today in establishment media.

OligarchyUSA.com is but one more site and sign of the times as ground-up counter-revolutions arise around the world... all in response to a forced and freedomless globalization of a ruling global elite perfecting their top-down plutocracy and revolutions of the rich against the poor. In short, democracy is no longer effective today. For this reason, it is toward a restoration of truly effective and representative democracies, and natural freedom, that this site is dedicated.

Do you think by saying (WE are not interested in socialism) that you speak for everyone?

Wrong pal.......We are socialists without democracy right now...That makes us FASCISTS in theory...the only way to heal us is to add back democracy.

i agree. we needz moar democracy.

i don't agree, we are not socialist, the the one percent in essence has socialized everything for themselves.. so in that sense, corporate oligarchy has aspects of socialism for the rich.

I speak for the truth, and most people see that truth.

socialism is a dead old dead dead dead dead ideology. thats all it is. There is not one government on this planet that is legit socialism and systems and game theory both predict in any case that socialism is impossible.

i agree. we needz moar democracy.

Exactly, but we need a comprehensive strategy that implements all our demands at the same time, and although I'm all in favor of taking down today's ineffective and inefficient Top 10% Management Group of Business & Government, there's only one way to do it – by fighting bankers as bankers ourselves. Consequently, I have posted a 1-page Summary of the Strategic Legal Policies, Organizational Operating Structures, and Tactical Investment Procedures necessary to do this at:

Ironically, when Capitalists started losing huge amounts of money, they fled to Socialism for their rescue. Their great champion George W. Bush chose to socialize the entire cost of their failure onto the backs of every taxpayer, rather than let the might fall for their own bad actions. So, first, they deregulated the capitalist economic engine so they could run it at full speed. Then, when it overrevved and blew up in their faces, they chose to socialize the cost of their errors.
