...I agree. The gun lobby wasn't the least bit critical of the Clinton administration. lol. Grow up, buddy. The aren't doing it because you are black, they're doing it because you are a Democrat! I can't decide which is more pathetic, an attorney general who spouts such ridiculous nonsense or the fact that enough people believe it for him to say it.
He's guilty of knowingly allowing guns to be sold to Mexican Cartels,as well as lying:
House Oversight and Government Reform Committee Chairman Darrell Issa is escalating his threat to hold Attorney General Eric Holder in contempt of Congress over the Fast and Furious gun-walking scandal because the Justice Department has not produced certain subpoenaed documents by Issa’s deadline. In a seven-page letter on Tuesday, Issa asked the attorney general to designate an individual in the Justice Department to “serve as a conduit for dealing with the contempt proceedings, should the department continue to ignore the committee’s subpoena.”
The committee’s subpoena was issued Oct. 12, 2011, and the panel says DOJ has not produced all the documents the subpoena covered. “Complying with the committee’s subpoena is not optional. Indeed, the failure to produce documents pursuant to a congressional subpoena is a violation of federal law. … [N]early four months have passed since I authorized your subpoena. During that time, the department’s progress has been unacceptably slow,” wrote Issa, noting that the committee has not heard from DOJ on 14 of the 22 categories in the subpoena schedule. On Jan. 31, Issa had written to Holder that “this committee will have no alternative but to move forward with proceedings to hold you in contempt of Congress” if the Justice Department did not produce certain documents by Feb. 9. On Tuesday, five days after that deadline, Issa revealed that the Justice Department had asked for an extension of the deadline on Feb. 1. Issa characterized the request as “ignor[ing] the reality that the department has unreasonably delayed producing these documents to the committee. … [O]n its face the requested extension demonstrates a lack of good faith.” “We cannot wait any longer for the department’s cooperation. As such, please specify a date by which you expect the department to produce all documents responsive to the subpoena,” Issa wrote. Issa also accused DOJ of being “more concerned with protecting its image through spin control than actually cooperating with Congress.”

Do you know what it means to plead the 5th? It gives you the right to remain silent so you don't say something that will incriminate yourself.
