Why do we need a petition to accomplish this? Just wait till the next election cycle and VOTE.
we need to accomplish this so that we totally overhaul the entire system. Or else you will be left with people that can still manipulate the system to satisfy their campaign contribution pockets.

Where does it say anything about voter advocacy? Its a group dedicated to putting "Groups" (Like Special interest groups? lobbyists? Campaign Groups?) THey may not be just data farming, but Id hawk a loogey if they weren't in addition to anything else they may or may not be doing....
Don't just sign things that google puts in front of your face, or w/e happens to spout what you want to hear.....
let them data farm... they'll find out that 91% of the public wants a new congress.
