I find a simple thank you falls short of adequately expressing my gratitude for the courageousness & determination displayed by occupiers; nonetheless, I really am grateful and thank OWS anyway, for what it is worth.
Well thank YOU! And for what it's worth, (which is a lot), it does NOT fall short! I don't speak for anyone but myself, but the courageousness you speak about is really just fear. Fear that others will probably have to endure some of the same things I and many others like me have had to.
BTW, we...are...you. Those of us that physically occupy are equally as indebted to the great number of folks that either don't, or haven't yet. Thanks again!
I remember reading about a political science professor in Cairo saying something like, "if you would have told me five years ago that this was going to be the generation that brought democracy to Egypt, I would have laughed." The same for me almost, 'If you would have told me five MONTHS ago that this generation was going to bring so much positive change to this country, I too would have laughed.' I am so happy that we were both wrong.
Thank You OWS and never give up or settle for anything less than a sea change in the way we are treated by our government or the way we treat each other.
Thank you OWS for returning the language of income inequality to the national vocabulary, and thank you to this forum for providing me with a safe space to work out my political beliefs and for connecting me with like-minded individuals and sparring partners across the country.

I would like to thank all those in NYC who ran the gauntlet of police and paid security forces to expose just how much freedom remains in America. I don't have the ability to express my gratitude and admiration. They will do everything they can to discredit us, but such courage is an inspiration for generations. They cannot take that away from you.

Thank you OWS. I am deeply grateful for those in the streets who continue to persevere. For all the brave souls who dare question the status quo and reclaim their voices. I want to thank you for making this the record breaking sales for Christmas. All of our corporations did very well this year. Revenues were way up thanks to OWS.
