found this 13 year old article about the Sherman Anti-trust act. Why have we not been keeping up with these? One of the first companies busted up for their monopoly, J.P. Morgan, is now banking giant J.P.Morgan Chase!! http://edition.cnn.com/ALLPOLITICS/1998/05/15/antitrust.jackson/
I mean, isn't a 'too big to fail corporation' by definition a monopoly, therefore illegal?
