She's the organizer of the Shut Down the Ports Working Group (subset of Occupy Portland). It appears that group is no longer leaderless.
Ows has never been without a leader. His name is Kalle Lasn. Google his name and educate yourselves. Every group has a leader! You people are extremely naive!!!

I thought the leader was George Soros (through Tides, ACORN, and AdWatch.org).
