It's a crying shame how few around here are willing to support the USPS and it's union.

It's a damn shame that they post about their support for the people, yet ignore this important thread.

Thanks for your support Nevada.

Agree. Corporate War Of Agression. Corporations paid politicians to legislate USPS out of existance.

It is about damn time. Notice that they aren't even trying to lie about it anymore.

Yet still, most of those I talk to about it, never knew it was done.

I didn't know anything about it till a couple of years ago. Hell, I had to go to a union site to learn about it. I wonder if Inhofe still has his fake site up......

It was enacted in the dead of night, while the Worlds economy was in a tailspin.

It got exactly zero press at the time. I believe that timing was deliberate.

For what it's worth, there is a petition.

Note:

and I would point out that having to sign in on the White House petition site tends to sabotage the effort, deliberately or otherwise.

I think it may be a bit of a distraction petitioning the White House in the first place - isn't it Congress that has to act to produce the legislative changes? The President just signs the bill - and if no bill is sent, this has the opportunity to lay the blame on the President, rather than Congress, at least in the minds of those signing the petition, assuming they do not quite know what is happening.

Still, it's the only effort made so far to rectify this injustice.

well get busy

Import the whole thing right over there, with a different focus - rather than the White House, send it to all of Congress.

I've got a tractor to fix and a bunch of york raking to do and I'm two weeks behind already

fukem

I've seen far worse than anything these little nimrods can produce. They can kiss my ass.

It's not like I'm hiding.

They've done an excellent job of ignoring so many things.

Not a single comment, from even ONE of them on lies of the budget.
