The voices, the supporters, they're out there. The media is ignoring the topic on everyone's lips. If the media does get in a word about the real world, they only touch on the topic. There is never an examination of the facts. Melisa Harris Perry at MSNBC, today spoke on voter suppression but not once did they go into details or mention Carl Rove's involvement in purge lists. The media doesn't discuss the anti-war protests or the true damage caused by drone attacks, they never discus the Fed and the endless Quantitative Easing when they try to tell you the economy looks promising.

What they are doing is offering words with no meaning and very very little context. MSNBC has become the worst offender of late by forcefully reminding you every 10-15 minutes that they are "The Place For Politics". Well, if all they cover is politics and not even politics but really just political celebrity and punditry, shouldn't they stop calling themselves a news agency? MSNBC has become one long endless DNC advertisement and as such I think they should be held to the same standards as any political advocacy group. If you are a journalist you are free to have your own opinion but you are not allowed to skip actual journalism and call yourself a news agency, period. This goes for Fox as well but that isn't new, it's just that now they have company, birds of a feather and such. And CNN is crawling with x-CIA and other pentagon stooges so I'm not even going there(..coughwarcrimescough).

Gota Occupy the media. It still matters and I'm still pushing it.

MHP did today what all the pundit shows on MSNBC and FoxNews do instead of going into detail. She tried to connect the issue to the lives of the people watching. This isn't journalism, it's advertising.
