Why has this been taken away from us? I thought this was a constitutional amendment?
yeah. it is. and as long as you aren't in any city, or a medical marijuana patient in any state, you can legally use your constitutional right. That is unless of course you get special permission from a sheriff and are put on the list after passing their background check... or it is your job to control the masses.
what a joke... just like the rest of our political system our founding documents have been polluted by fear and prejudice, power and money.
all of your rights went missing ages ago.
